Responsibilities
- Define how users structure, manage, and govern contacts across multiple databases
- Create UX and visual designs for AI driven suggestions, templates, and permission flows
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI and ML teams, and Developer Relations to deliver consistent experiences across touchpoints
- Plan and run research sessions, workshops, and feedback reviews to validate database and permission workflows
- Use and contribute to the Echo Design System to ensure clear, scalable, and accessible patterns
- Build and refine the new AI supported contact and data experiences on top of our existing platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within SaaS
- Strong background in zero to one product development, not only iterative feature work
- Confident with the full design process from discovery through execution
- Skilled at creating clear and appealing user interfaces
- Comfortable running user research and usability testing, then turning feedback into meaningful improvements
- Experience using and contributing to a design system
- Proven work on SaaS products with a focus on marketer tools
- A solid portfolio with case studies that show your approach and results
