Role Overview
- Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences across Sales and Research use cases
- Pair closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and shared patterns
- Own execution from specs to prototyping and design reviews
- Keep product managers and engineers closely aligned on scope and feasibility
- Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as Formless scales into new scenarios
- Identify and harden edge cases so experiences feel reliable and predictable
- Use and contribute to the Echo design system to create scalable and accessible patterns
- Run usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in digital product design
- Strong experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross functional teams
- Specialism in zero to one product development, not only feature improvements
- Confidence across the full design process, from discovery through execution
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on clarity and usability
- Hands on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback
- Experience designing AI based or adaptive products
- Experience working with design systems, including contributing new patterns
- Proven experience designing SaaS products, ideally for marketer focused tools
- A solid portfolio with clear, well structured case studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
