Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead day-to-day project engagements, ensuring case study worthy deliverables on complex prototyping and scrum projects
• Deliver advanced quality work in UX / UI
• Oversee and lead more junior team members in design work
• Responsible for strategy, overall direction, and success of design projects
• Collect information from clients through workshops, iterate and present design solutions
• Support other designers to ensure correct project direction

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product design specializing in UX/UI and user research
• Foundational understanding of front-end development, visual design, and design systems
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD
• Ability and desire to justify design decisions with strong rationale
• Experience designing features for software applications and systems
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Experience conducting user research
• Experience working with client stakeholders in an agency or freelance setting

• Stay informed about design trends and best practices
