Responsibilities
- Build operational systems for clear intake, tracking, and communication ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery within six months
- Set and uphold visual standards for all external-facing assets to stand out in the market
- Implement AI tools and workflows to increase asset delivery by 2-3x within 12 months
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary creative team, including hiring, coaching, and building a culture of craft and accountability
- Rebuild trust with stakeholders through transparency and consistent delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years leading creative teams, with at least 2 years in a director-level role
- Experience working at a high-growth company as an internal creative stakeholder
- Track record building operational systems that improved delivery reliability
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools into creative workflows
- Strong creative taste across ads, web, motion, video, and brand
- Operational rigor with ability to build systems, enforce deadlines, and hold people accountable
- Proactive communication to keep stakeholders informed and flag risks early
- Comfort with cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Executive teams
- Ownership mentality to fix issues proactively without excuses
Compensation
- Base salary: $180,000 - $220,000 depending on experience and impact
