- Create an environment for team success by removing blockers, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative culture of learning and continuous improvements
- Direct design efforts toward measurable outcomes, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact work that drives user and business value
Skill Set
- 12+ years of product design experience
- 3+ years experience as a people management
- A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS product design work
- Ability to set clear goals, drive accountability and cultivate a strong sense of ownership
- Strategic thinking and ability to balance immediate needs and long-term vision
- Strong coaching and talent development skills, focused on elevating the design craft across the team
