Job Description
- Participate in discovery and problem-definition activities with the product team
- Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Rapid prototyping using AI-assisted tools
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Validate solutions through usability testing and experiments
- Collaborate with PMs and developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain the Design System
- Use data and metrics to support design decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile)
- Previous experience with SaaS products
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to creative work
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of UX, UI, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working in agile teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make data-driven arguments
