Job Description
- Participate in the product and feature creation process, collaborating with developers, product analysts, customers and stakeholders;
- Create user flows and information architectures focused on usability and strategic alignment;
- Design interfaces and prototypes for Web and Mobile with emphasis on clarity, consistency and usability, using our Design System and contributing to its evolution;
- Analyze usage data and user feedback, conducting tests and interviews to validate hypotheses and propose continuous improvements;
- Propose improvements and innovations using design best practices, benchmarks and new technologies (including AI where appropriate).
Requirements
- Available to work 40 hours per week;
- Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or in a related field;
- Hands-on experience using a Design System in day-to-day work;
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma;
- Have a personal portfolio;
- A strong drive to get things done!
