A day in the life
We are seeking a high-impact Execution Design Lead, B2B to own the visual strategy and execution for a dedicated portfolio of premier B2B enterprise account(s). In this role, you will act as a brand guardian, execution and QA specialist, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of polish and brand alignment. Your expertise will span the full funnel, from high-performing ad creative (LinkedIn and Programmatic) to email campaigns and long-form content pieces like whitepapers and lead magnets. Operating primarily in Figma, you will completely lead and execute cohesive visual strategy for your client(s), operating at the highest level of consistency and quality by following design principles, advertising principles, and the client's brand. In addition to execution, you will occasionally represent creative in client-facing meetingsβclearly articulating design decisions, incorporating feedback live, and reinforcing strategic alignment with confidence.Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Figma Design: Execute high-fidelity static designs in Figma, personally building out complex B2B assets including LinkedIn sponsored content, programmatic banners, and multi-page whitepapers.
- Visual Identity Implementation: Build and apply comprehensive brand systems for enterprise clients within the first month, ensuring all colors, typography, and iconography are technically precise and approved.
- Asset Technical Briefing: Translate strategist concepts into actionable, technical design files and storyboards, ensuring every static post is built for maximum brand consistency and platform specs.
- First-Pass Quality Control: Perform exhaustive self-correction and peer design reviews on all deliverables to ensure they are 100% error-free.
- AI Tool Integration: Actively use and master AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma plugins) to accelerate the production of custom imagery and background assets for B2B content.
- Deadline Management: Directly manage your own production calendar to ensure 100% on-time delivery for all campaign launches, maintaining a high velocity of output without sacrificing quality.
- Quick Client Response: Quickly pivot to re-design and correct creative based on client feedback same-day to create a cooperative relationship and partnership with the client. When needed, confidently walk through design rationale and revisions directly with clients in review meetings.
- Client-Facing Collaboration: Support ACD and Strategy Leads in client-facing creative reviews when needed, presenting visual decisions clearly and professionally while maintaining authority in execution.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital design
- Expert in Figma
- Expert in Adobe
- Experience in InDesign
- 3+ years in B2B digital design (LinkedIn ads, Email, WhitePapers, Lead magnets, ebooks)
- 3+ years agency or advertising experience
- Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with clients and fellow team members
- Comfortable presenting and discussing creative work directly with clients when required.
- Familiarity with Premier and After Effects
- Experience with branding

- 100% deadline adherence
- Creative approved by client in 2 revision rounds or less
- Revisions to designs completed in 2-3 days after receipt
- 100% client brand adherence (logos, fonts, colors, backgrounds, etc)
Most Important Things (MITs)
- Adherence to client brand materials within first 15 days
- Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline from day 1
- Client satisfaction with designed creative within first 45 days
