The Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Sports Pillar. This is a high impact role focused on elevating our core betting experience across web and mobile, including our upcoming app launch.
Your Impact
- Owning end to end product design across key areas of the Covers betting experience
- Designing clean, intuitive, data heavy interfaces focused on odds, player stats and team stats
- Translating complex betting data into experiences that are simple and valuable for users
- Partnering closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads within a squad model
- Leading problem definition, research, wireframing, testing and final UI delivery
- Conducting market and competitor research independently
- Elevating design standards and processes within the team
- Contributing to the optimisation of our new app launching in the coming weeks
What Youβll Bring
- 8 to 10+ years in Product Design with strong end to end process ownership
- Exceptional UX and UI craft, with experience designing complex, data heavy products
- Ability to simplify large amounts of information into clean, intuitive experiences
- Strong product portfolio demonstrating impact, reasoning and real shipped work
- Experience in sports betting, gaming or fintech preferred, with genuine interest in the space
The Interview Process
- 1st stage: 30 minute screening call with Talent
- 2nd stage: Interview with the Head of Design focused on portfolio and project deep dive
- 3rd stage: Interview with a Product Designer and Product Manager to assess product thinking, collaboration and team fit
