Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital products and user interfaces that incorporate AI.
- Lead the design process from scoping and concept to scalable delivery.
- Collaborate with design and development partners on modular design system components.
- Create programme-wide design guidelines.
- Use AI-accelerated design tooling to enhance design processes.
- Work closely with business and tech teams to implement design solutions.
- Facilitate workshops for concept generation and opportunity validation.
- Mentor designers and provide structured learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Rich experience in designing digital products and interface solutions.
- Strong foundations in user experience and interaction design principles.
- Exceptional visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS, React).
- Experience using UX Pilot, Bolt, Mural, Maze, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI as an ideation partner for design exploration.
- Comfortable with trial and error and utilizing feedback.
- Good overall understanding of design discipline.
- Strong storytelling and workshop facilitation skills.
