Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Design
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products
- Professional-grade proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS (or Tailwind)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model
- 2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports
