Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, clinical experts, data scientists, and engineers to craft impactful user experiences that make pre-surgical and post-surgical workflows more intuitive and efficient.
  • Build meaningful solutions, organize visually-complex information in compelling and intuitive ways, test interactive prototypes with customers, and contribute to our design system.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, self-motivated Product Designer with 3+ years of experience.
  • A BS/MS in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the impact your designs have made.
  • Visual design and information architecture skills with a discerning eye for detail.
  • Experience in customer advocacy by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Ability to provide thoughtful, responsive end-to-end solutions across web and mobile.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Figma.
  • Ability to build quick, interactive prototypes within Figma.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining cohesive design systems that leverage Figma components, variables and variants.
  • Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility requirements.
  • Proficiency in service design, organizing and mapping complex workflows and user journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
  • Ability to visualize data and actionable insights creatively.
  • Experience delivering B2C/B2B experiences across complex, heavily-regulated industries.
  • Prior experiences with AI/LLMs and front-end coding.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
