- Develop a deep understanding of our market, industry, users, company, and product vision
- Dig beneath the surface to uncover real problems and opportunities
- Own the delivery process with Product Managers: from discovery to launch, ensuring users feel the impact
- Identify problems, proactively suggest improvements, and help shape the roadmap
- Own the overall quality of the product by driving consistency, simplicity and ease of use

- Be hands-on, move fast, and learn fast, whether working within a squad or shipping directly to users

Requirements
- You have 4+ years of experience in Product Design. Scale-up experience is preferred.
- You have a big bias for action β You are a βdΓ©brouillardβ, and understand the value of speed & execution
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English & French
- Strong pragmatism and good taste for software
- Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to inspire and lead teams
- Humility, curiosity, passion and a growth mindset
- Ability to easily process and synthesize information
- Experience in Sales tech
- High tech literacy
- Background in Sales or Operations
- Background in Product Management
