Job Description
- Lead the UX vision, strategy, and execution for InSight DXP
- Develop AI-powered design processes that drive productivity from discovery and requirements to design and handoff
- Define βAI-Firstβ interaction patterns for users working with AI agents and complex metadata
- Translate leadership vision into structured design roadmaps and measurable user outcomes
- Architect and scale enterprise-grade design systems
- Establish an effective operating cadence for the design team
- Drive accountability and transparency across complex, cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Product Design
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Proven track record in "AI-First" design
- Experience building and scaling design systems within an Agile framework
- Ability to understand how low-code/no-code architectures and metadata frameworks impact user experience
- Experience in industries with heavy compliance and governance requirements (e.g., Banking, Government, or Healthcare)
- Proficiency in tools like Figma
