Job Description
Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within a product areaβfrom discovery through delivery and iterationβdriving meaningful customer and business outcomes. Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction. Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience. Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Contribute to design systems and patterns, strengthening consistency and scalability across your area. Facilitate alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams move forward with clarity. Support and mentor other designers, helping raise the quality of work across the team.Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, G Suite, Notion, etc.)
