Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners, developers, and stakeholders to bring business objectives to life through impactful marketing design solutions.
- Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery to final UI delivery.
- Validate and refine design decisions through A/B testing, data insights, and iterative feedback loops.
- Design and produce creative visual elements for various marketing channels.
- Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and standards.
