Job Description

  • Conduct end-to-end product design, from concept through launch, for core features across Rezolve’s AI commerce platform.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities and data-driven systems into intuitive, usable product experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly connecting user needs with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
  • Stay informed on emerging UX patterns in AI and interactive digital experiences to influence product direction.
  • Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance productivity and explore innovative design possibilities.
  • Document design rationale, workflows, and product specifications to support cross-team alignment and audit readiness.
  • Ensure user data, research insights, and design assets follow SOC2-aligned privacy and security practices.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design craft, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • A refined visual design sensibility with the ability to create polished, on-brand interfaces.
  • Familiarity with SOC2-aligned practices for the secure handling of product data and design assets.
  • Experience designing AI, machine learning, or commerce technology products.
  • Experience working on products in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
  • Evidence of personal interest in AI, such as side projects, experimentation, or exploration of new tools.
