Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software design, product design, or interaction design
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing and growing UX teams
- A portfolio demonstrating sustained ownership of complex, multi-surface experiences
- Deep fluency across interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, motion, and systems thinking
- Track record of improving experience quality in measurable ways
- Demonstrated excellence in Operational Excellence and Impact
- Strong evidence of Collaboration and Leadership
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
