We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our new AI team to help shape and ship a reimagined way of capturing your work and growth, aligned with your manager and the business. Our work spans both net new surfaces inside Lattice and the external tools our customers already work in.This is a new, experimental team at Lattice making a different bet about AI. We're figuring out what AI looks like when it's truly built into how managers, employees, and HR leaders do their best work, and nobody has fully figured this out yet. We're building this together, so we're looking for someone who's eager to rethink traditional roles and flex into whatever the work needs.
What youβll do:
- Collaborate side-by-side with Product, Engineering, Data, and customers to land experiences that are loveable, measurable, and scalable.
- Craft and fine-tune the AI outputs to align with ideal user experience.
- Engage with multiple personas, ensuring a cohesive system for AI experiences across our product suite.
- Contribute to a strong understanding of our entire product suite, ensuring AI strengthens, not fragments, the jobs our customers are already getting done.
What youβll bring
- 3 to 5+ years of product design experience with AI-powered experiences or adjacent domains.
- A 0β1 mindset, energized by working with design partners and beta programs, driving your own discovery.
- Experience in designing for non-deterministic systems with a strong point of view on AI output quality.
- Ability to think across multiple personas for cohesive AI experiences.
- Strong grasp of front-end implementation and collaboration with engineering.
Core design skills
- Experience designing within complex, multi-product workflows.
- Strong UX craft and visual interaction skills.
- Ability to work with established design systems while innovating where necessary.
Communication & collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable partner for Product and Engineering, ensuring high-quality execution.
AI tooling skills & flexibility with role evolution
- A builder mindset with proficiency in modern AI tools.
Very nice-to-haves
- Experience in shipping AI-native products.
- Background in Graphic or Product Design.
