- Design personalized and delightful communication touch points for customer journey
- Define end-to-end customer lifecycle vision spanning various channels
- Ensure customer communications align with brand guidelines
- Own design projects from research to development
- Use data to guide design decisions and continuously improve user experience
- Work closely with engineers and present work to senior leaders for review and feedback
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product design experience
- Strong visual design skills and UX writing experience
- Experience on growth teams testing and shipping impactful experiences
- Partnering with cross-functional peers for strategic roadmap
- Crafting designs based on real people insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
