Job Description
Crowdbotics is looking for a user and business centric Product Designer to help deliver an exceptional product experience for our customers. Our ideal candidate has experience delivering great design at B2B SaaS companies and is highly collaborative by nature.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer problems and workflows through continuous discovery practices.
- Work with the rest of the design team to develop a compelling design vision for our platform based on customer and stakeholder insights.
- Explore translating new opportunities that strategically align with our business goals through creative research methods and collaborative ideation. Ultimately helping influence the product roadmap.
- Involve yourself in every step in the product development process -- working closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to deliver high quality and thoughtful experiences.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability studies.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Generate improvements for the product, focusing on KPIs, user impact, and development time.
- Work with the rest of the product design and management team to present detailed findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of growing responsibility within product design in a high-paced, agile software-as-a-service environment, preferably in the B2B space
- Demonstrated experience with continuous discovery practices including driving the structure to deliver constant insight to the design and product teams
- Expertise in turning sophisticated business problems into simple, and engaging products
- Strong skills in interaction, and visual design
- Capable of communicating, and prototyping interactions rapidly at various levels of resolution
- Knowledge of modern web UI patterns
- Experience using, and contributing to design systems
- Expertise in standard UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq is a must.
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
