We are building derivative infrastructure to enable Ethereum to transform into the Internet Bond via delta-neutral derivatives positions, to create the first crypto-native, yield bearing synthetic dollar: sUSDe.
We believe creating a synthetic dollar which is not reliant on existing banking infrastructure is the single most important problem to solve and largest opportunity in crypto today.
USDe will form the first part of a broader ecosystem of products we are building including fixed and floating rate internet bonds and composable repo leveraged markets.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to user testing and final implementation
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to design best-in-class experiences for our users
- Perform user research and use data to develop the right product strategy
- Design marketing materials and partner with external design resources
Requirements:
- 4+ years of UX, UI, or product design experience
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for product design
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
