We are looking for a marketing focused UI/UX Web Designer to join our Brand Studio to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website experience at vanta.com, optimized for marketing and conversion goals.

The Senior UI/UX Web Designer will join the Brand Studio in Marketing at Vanta. Reporting into the Head of Brand Design, the Sr. Web Designer will work cross functionally with development, web strategy and growth teams to lead the end-to-end web design process, from concept to execution.

What you’ll do as a Senior Web Designer, Brand at Vanta:

Lead the end-to-end web design process, from concept to execution, and work closely with our in-house web developer to implement responsive and user-friendly web designs that focus on functionality, accessibility, and performance
Work with Growth Marketing team to wireframe, design and test conversion experiments on our website and landing pages, with a focus on engaging and converting prospects
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across vanta.com
Create and maintain a light-weight component design system for vanta.com brand elements in Figma, ensuring consistency between design and Webflow development system.
Foster an innovative and collaborative design environment, contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

How to be successful in this role:

5-7+ years of experience in web design
B2B SaaS experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-centric design solutions, while aligning design strategies with business goals
Proficiency in Figma, with extensive experience creating wireframes, working prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Adherence to web design best practices enabling pixel-perfect design-to-development workflows
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with both marketing specialists and software developers.
Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work setting
