Job Description
As a Product Designer at Unbounce, you'll join a dynamic team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers who are innovating the marketing experience in a digital landscape. Reporting to the Director of User Experience and User Research within a tightly knit design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product. This includes taking the design lead on projects across Unbounceโs 3 scrum teams, where you'll have ample opportunity to make a significant impact.
What youโll be doing:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet product goals and user needs.
- Participating in user research and conducting usability testing, gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
- Creating user flows wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software and tools.
- Clearly communicating design decisions to stakeholders and working directly with scrum teams to implement solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to Unbounces products.
- Contributing to and helping maintain Unbounces Design System.
What youโve accomplishedโฆso far ๐:
- Led the design efforts of successful products and/or features that have achieved high user adoption rates and increased revenue.
- Dealt with complex, ambiguous problems and worked with your team to deliver simple, elegant solutions.
- Developed and/or contributed to design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Stayed up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to products and teams.
- Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Built strong relationships with stakeholders and earned their trust through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ideally, youโve done all of the above in the context of a B2B SaaS product.
