You Will:
- Deliver best-in-class design in service of Mintedโs creative team.
- Act as an excellent independent creative contributor and collaborative team player.
- Work strategically to drive brand awareness and deliver strong engagement through print and digital creative deliverables.
- Execute projects in collaboration with senior creative team members, writers, producers, and other cross-functional business partners.
- Demonstrate solid expertise in developing creative solutions in a variety of campaigns across a broad range of media, including advertising, print, digital, direct mail, and social
- Regularly review creative work with their Art Director and Brand Creative Director to get feedback and direction.
- Present creative work thoughtfully and strategically to stakeholders.
- Ability to problem solve (i.e.. Communicate problems when they arise in a calm and clear manner and recommend a solution)
You Are:
- Someone with a depth of experience across online, print, and experiential design, with a solid understanding of content platforms
- Has a natural ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain a strong time management with ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously
- Able to adapt to changing workflows and processes
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in Figma.
- Able to understanding of UX/UI design best practices
- An excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing workflows and processes
You Have:

- A standout portfolio that illustrates design excellence and ability to understand and translate creative strategy into distinctive creative executions
- Have a sense of humor
- Bachelorโs degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years graphic design experience with strong digital design acumen
- Passion for the power of design to connect and inspire
- Genuine desire to help everyone on the teamโespecially junior talentโto grow, improve, succeed, and advance toward collective and individual goals.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
