Job Description
So far, Text products have focused on customer service departments, and we have become experts in this area. However, we need to take a different approach to creating products for the entire organization, not just customer support departments.
This is where Hello comes inโa team chat application designed for the entire company. What makes Hello unique? Itโs a simple communication app that avoids unnecessary features. It supports users by automating tasks and ensures they are not overwhelmed with notifications. Combined with other products in the Text portfolio, it will be a powerful daily work and communication tool.
As a Senior Product Designer for Hello, you will have a significant impact on the final appearance and functionality of the productโso join us!
Hereโs what youโll be up to:
- Being in charge of the SaaS web and desktop applicationโoptimized for larger screens;
- Designing the Mobile App from scratchโutilizing platform-specific UI patterns and design guidelines for both iOS and Android;
- Influencing the roadmap through direct contact with users and close cooperation with your teamโyour ideas become features;
- Working with metrics: we want our users to have a flawless user experience, providing positive feedback about their interactions and returning as active users;
- Partnering up with other stakeholders inside the organization to ensure weโre all aligned (talking to the Design System team, Product Designers, and Mobile Developers).
Youโre a perfect fit if you:
- Are proficient with UI patterns for iOS and Android, including animation patterns and interactions;
- Worked extensively with designing web solutions (including and feeling comfy with system notifications);
- Have expertise in typography and composition, and youโre detailed-oriented;
- Are business and product-orientedโyouโre a fan of formulating a hypothesis and strategizing to drive product success;
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and management, making sure both sides are on the same page;
- Share solutions, not problems.
