Job Description
Legend is currently hiring for a Product Designer who will report directly to our Head of Design. You'll be working in partnership with the Design, Product, Engineering, and Experimentation teams to deliver enhanced design solutions. Our mission is to drive user engagement by crafting groundbreaking user experiences, solving users' problems, and enhancing usability across our global Product.

Your Impact:
- Creating beautiful and well-researched design experiences for our users.
- Working on our largest casino product, you will accelerate its growth by supporting our Design, Product, and Experimentation teams to achieve better conversion while creating user-centric, intuitive, and consistent design solutions.
- Supporting the creation of and ongoing development of our global design system.
- Improving user experiences for millions of users each year through user-testing and user research methods.
- Work with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft. groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems and identify critical opportunities for the user and our business.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong knowledge and proven experience in both UX and UI design, working on projects where you have created and implemented designs that have improved products based on metrics.
- Proven experience within the gaming, digital agency, or sports betting industries.
- Proficient in Figma, and any other prototyping tools.
- A deep understanding of design systems and how youโve leveraged and contributed to them.
- Comfortable being involved with the end-to-end development process. From ideation to design QA.
- Proven commercial experience in conducting user testing, developing design systems, and designing responsive web experiences.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with the hiring manager, Head of Design (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with the Head of iGaming (1 hour video interview via Zoom).
