Responsibilities
- Shape the UX vision for one of our innovative offerings, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
- Lead and navigate the design process effectively within a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement within the design team, enabling them to thrive under pressure.
- Conduct independent market research and user research to inform design decisions specific to your Q4 Platform domain. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with users during research.
- Play an active role in roadmap planning, contributing ideas, and prioritizing features for the Q4 Platform.
- Effectively communicate the user impact of your design solutions, utilizing data, user research, and persuasive narratives to gain buy-in from stakeholders. Focus on decisions that drive a positive and efficient user experience.
- Lead and execute high-fidelity UI design for the Q4 Platform, ensuring a cohesive, user-centered visual experience that aligns with the overall product vision and brand. This includes defining the visual language, crafting pixel-perfect mockups, and collaborating with developers to guarantee design fidelity in the final product.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive design team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas. Utilize your influence to guide the team towards a shared vision and inspire them to achieve excellence.
- Mentor Product Designers, fostering their growth in communication, user research, and design skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or product design, with a leadership track record, and experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of user behavior and decision-making processes around financial products and data security. Leverage this expertise to inform design decisions that prioritize user trust, security, and a seamless financial experience.
- Extensive experience with user research methodologies and user testing tools.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences (e.g., technical teams, senior leadership, users). Can clearly articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A highly motivated and results-oriented designer who takes initiative and ownership of design challenges. Leverages strong strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive design solutions that deliver significant impact on the user experience.
- Expertise in UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Maze, Dovetail, etc.
- Understanding of user behavior around and data security (preferred).
