- Help redefine how clinicians deliver exceptional mental healthcare.
- Collaborate across all disciplines, developing deep clinical partnerships and amplifying the clinical perspective.
- Build tools that enable clinicians to operate at the top of their license by removing burden and offering them joy.
- Shape the vision of the Two Chairs Clinician Experience.
- Build strong relationships with your core counterparts in our product, engineering, and clinical functions.
- Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity product features that support our business goals.
Requirements:
- A demonstrated history of launching thoughtful, research-driven digital products.
- Mastery of UI best practices and the knowledge of when to leverage them.
- A deeply user-centered process, with experience processing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional visual design craft, with stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and a knack for bringing delight into everyday interactions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A high tolerance for ambiguity.
- A superhuman low-ego.
- Passion for the clinicianโs experience in the mental healthcare ecosystem.
- Mastery of modern responsive web conventions and the ability to execute against them within Figma workflows.
- Relevant but not required: Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine platforms, healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA or GDPR), and protected health information (PHI).
