We are looking for a Product Designer (Mobile/Web) to join our team at Welltech.
In this role, you will
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experience.
- Prototype and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.
- Contribute to the creation of a Design System for consistency.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and a keen vision to drive projects forward.
You will need
- 3+ years of work experience as a designer developing products for Web, iOS, and Android.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and your problem-solving skills.
- Expert-level skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other associated design tools.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- A deep understanding of Apple human interface design guidelines and Android design guidelines.
- Experience in usability testing and managing user interviews.
- Familiarity with Maze, UserTesting or GreatQuestion.
- Personal experience using GenAI tools in your design workflows.
