We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Messenger to join our team at Intercom. This role involves owning the designs for Intercom Messenger, enhancing its capabilities in an AI-centric customer service environment.
In this role, you will
- Act as a leader within the Product Design team, collaborating with other designers to improve team quality.
- Work through design problems from start to finish, translating research insights into new product concepts.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to assess their viability and design high-quality interactions and visuals.
- Partner with product managers to evolve product roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to build and ship high-quality implementations.
You will need
- Passion for the entire product development process from problem-solving to UX and visual design.
- Experience creating excellent software products in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to solve complex interaction design challenges with excellent visual design skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey the rationale behind your designs.
