We’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’ll have reams of experience in designing for packaging, POS and offline media. You’ll have a thorough understanding of outputting for print, the various print processes from Pantone to CMYK, along with the nuances and limitations each different process has. You’ll use your deep understanding of hierarchy & design to problem solve along with an acute attention to detail, whilst always keeping our customer at the heart of the solution. You’ll understand how to design with our bold colour palette, keeping things legible, whilst effectively and creatively communicating our message.

🫡What you will do:

The development and execution of our retail packaging, ensuring our brand carves through the shelf noise whilst succinctly communicating USP’s
POS design, working alongside our copywriter to guarantee key messaging is being communicated as legibly and boldly as possible
Offline media concept creation and design; direct mail, newspaper/magazine ads, OOH print
When you’re not working on the offline arm of the business, you’ll be elevating our creative aesthetic across all design touch points; web, social, CRM, brand.

Experience in retail design; packaging, POS
Experience in offline media design
Thorough understanding of outputting for print, considering nuances and limitations across print processes (Pantone, CMYK, paper stock)
Thorough understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
The ability to deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines
A brilliant communicator to ensure projects are managed smoothly and efficiently
An understanding and confidence of a bold colour palette
Print is permanent, so an absolutely acute attention to detail
