Job Description
We are looking for a Design Operations Specialist to help establish and grow our design and research processes.In this role, you will
- Develop and maintain design and research processes, repositories, and best practices;
- Manage and optimize tools and software, ensuring they meet team needs;
- Establish and track metrics to measure design team efficiency and impact;
- Support Design leadership in setting up reports on design team performance;
- Coordinate participant recruitment for user research studies;
- Identify areas for growth and cross-training opportunities;
- Facilitate collaboration between design and other departments.
You will need
- 3-5 years of experience in operation roles within Design and UX research teams;
- Solid understanding of design and UX research processes and methodologies;
- Experience with design and research tools (e.g., Figma, User Interviews);
- Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority;
- Experience in creating or managing design systems is a plus;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
