In this role, you will
- Design user-centric product features from discovery to production
- Create wireframes and prototype ideas to gather initial feedback quickly
- Conduct user research and testing to understand the needs of our customers
- Act as the user advocate during the development cycle
- Cooperate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer-facing teams
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Advocate for design-driven approaches within the team
You will need
- 5+ years of experience in a product design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
- Outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered solutions and visual design
- Bias for action, owning and driving projects and giving feedback
- Ability to turn complex design problems into intuitive user experiences
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Excellent communication skills, presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus
