In this role, you will
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance product capabilities.
- Define simple workflows for complex admin tasks.
- Craft system architectures and usable interaction models.
- Collaborate with other designers on solutions.
- Present design strategies and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Conduct customer interviews and usability studies.
- Become an expert in the administrator persona.
- Contribute to an inclusive design culture across geographies.
You will need
- A strong portfolio showcasing customer journeys and elegant UI designs.
- 6+ years of experience in Product/UX design.
- Experience leading design for major feature areas.
- Ability to communicate designs clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in agile teams with design research activities.
- Strong attention to detail and service-minded approach.
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
