In this role, you will
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to architect and build core parts of the platform.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and delight them with designs.
- Create product design materials for evaluation with customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define product vision.
- Analyze customer product usage and behavior.
- Support the creation and documentation of our design system.
You will need
- 5-10 years of experience working as a product designer in an early-stage startup.
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline.
- Proven experience creating reusable design patterns.
- Good knowledge of web technologies, with front-end development experience a plus.
- Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and solicit feedback.
- Good communication skills to discuss design solutions.
- Experience in the B2B domain is a plus.
