In this role, you will
- Influence customer experience for tens of thousands daily.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams on feature experiments.
- Lead design initiatives to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
You will need
- 5+ years of product design experience focusing on growth metrics.
- A standout portfolio showcasing engaging app experiences.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- End-to-end UX/product design expertise.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Experience in collaborating with PMs, developers, marketers.
