In this role, you will
- Take charge of major design initiatives, guiding the team to create user-friendly products.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Shape our design vision and strategy for consistency across products.
- Build and elevate the design culture at Yahoo.
- Effectively sell your ideas and understand audience concerns.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in digital product design for web and mobile.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design instincts, preferably in editorial design.
- Ability to bring a human voice to digital products.
- A passion for typography and illustration skills are a plus.
