In this role, you will
- Lead design on expanded customer reporting initiatives.
- Develop and maintain design processes and a robust design component library.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and customer success teams.
- Guide the UX process from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
- Promote design standards and best practices.
You will need
- 5+ years in UX, product, or interaction design.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A problem solver with a self-driven approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
