We are looking for a talented, passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at Hyperscience.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders within product development teams.
- Lead primary and secondary research to understand user pain points and opportunities.
- Facilitate feedback conversations and share research findings.
- Leverage evidence to inform user experience and design solutions.
- Engage the full team in the design process for alignment to business needs.
- Build prototypes, run user tests, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Educate others on contexts surrounding Hyperscience users and the automation industry.
- Collaborate with other designers to evolve design principles and advocate for innovation.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design for enterprise applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating Product Design experience.
- Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
- Expertise in interaction design and defining user flows.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and qualitative research.
- Familiarity with Design Systems.
- Strong communication skills and interest in storytelling.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
