In this role, you will
- Maintain and scale our design system for consistency across all product interfaces.
- Organize master Figma files with version control for easy access by design and engineering teams.
- Assist in defining user journeys across the product funnel.
- Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews and usability tests.
- Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Make design decisions based on insights and customer feedback.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in maintaining and growing design systems.
- Expertise in Figma and design management best practices.
- Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Strong analytical skills for user research.
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user interviews.
- A passion for creating accessible designs.
