In this role, you will

• Maintain and scale our design system for consistency across all product interfaces.
• Organize master Figma files with version control for easy access by design and engineering teams.
• Assist in defining user journeys across the product funnel.
• Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews and usability tests.
• Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Make design decisions based on insights and customer feedback.

You will need

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in maintaining and growing design systems.
• Expertise in Figma and design management best practices.
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong analytical skills for user research.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user interviews.
• A passion for creating accessible designs.
