UX UI Designer

LLInformatics is seeking a talented and creative UX&UI Designer to join our Technology & Product department. As a UX&UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your main responsibility will be to understand user needs and translate them into seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX&UI design
  • Mentoring other designers

We need you if you:

  • Strong portfolio of UX and UI projects. A portfolio could be Behance, Dribble, dedicated page, or in PDF format.
  • At least 4 years of proven commercial experience in UX and UI design. Experience in visual design is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Figma and FigJam - these are our standardized tools used for team collaboration
  • At least an upper intermediate level of English, we are a multinational team and good language skills are essential
  • Understanding of design and UX concepts, and ability to explain, discuss, and challenge them (e.g. Gestalt principles, atomic design, user-centred design approach, double-diamond framework, etc.)
  • Understanding and experience in using different UX tools (e.g. user personas, A/B testing, wireframes, prototyping etc.)
