We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Billing & Accounts team.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Billing & Accounts and C-level executives to shape the product roadmap.
- Continuously craft and iterate on user-centered designs.
- Analyze and enhance existing designs to drive continuous improvement.
- Design unified growth loops for Billing and Accounts related flows.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients through Sales and Support.
- Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs and maintain comprehensive visual documentation.
- Contribute to the Design System and share best practices.
You will need
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Skill in Figma, FigJam or Miro, and Hotjar.
- Strong UI foundation and solid UX experience.
- Ability to distill insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Technical mindset and ability to work with developers and testers.
- Proven track record of project ownership.
- Clear communication with stakeholders and management.
