What You'll Do
You'll be at the forefront of Claim's product, playing a pivotal role to create and refine critical areas of the Claim app.
Weโre looking for a strong, user centric Product Designer to support critical initiatives at Claim across growth and new feature development. In this contract role, youโll play a integral role designing, testing and shipping new concepts that will significantly impact Claim's product and trajectory.

- Designing a new onboarding flow: Get more users excited and knowledgable about the Claim product
- Creating new to world features: I can't write too much on this but we are cooking up some exciting things
- Improving the UX and UI for important app areas: Driving consumer value by simplifying and clarifying UX/UI and communication.
What Skills You Bring
You're a proactive and adaptable self-starter, eager to create great consumer experiences that drive business impact.
Requirements:
- At Least 3-5 Years Experience Building digital products, with a strong ability to design major sections of an app with a keen UI sensibility.
- A proven ability to create experiences that consumers love
- Strong Figma expertise with proven ability to work quickly to develop UX flows, detailed UI, prototypes, and contribute to a design system
- Very user centric, and able to conduct research to test concepts
- Comfortable tackling ambiguity, breaking down complex problems into actionable concepts.
- Ability to understand business and product goals, and tailor designs to meet those needs
- Bonus: Experience working on a consumer app
- Bonus: Experience optimizing design for growth initiatives

How We Interview

Screen (15 min): A quick introductory chat to see if there is mutual interest
Experience (30 min): A deeper conversation about your background and goals with Claim, including discussions of past challenges and how you addressed them.
Paid Take-Home Project (2 hours): A quick design sprint to highlight your skillset across UX/UI and user centricity
Project Review with the Team (45 min): Youโll present your project to a small group of Claim team members youโd work closely with, allowing time to discuss your ideas and connect with more of the team.
