Job Summary
Duneโs blockchain integration business is growing fast. You will be responsible for driving the success of blockchain ecosystems and their protocols on Dune by running the technical integration process to ensure data usability. This role combines technical blockchain expertise with customer-focused product and project management skills. You will play a key role in the success of new blockchains onboarding to Dune.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and enablement sessions with Blockchains and their protocols to understand data needs and identify new data use cases
- Partner with Blockchains and protocols team to ensure successful onboarding and proactively identify opportunities to improve the blockchain data integration experience
- Partner with protocol teams to identify top contracts and implement smart contract decoding
- Write technical documentation and enablement materials to help protocols get started quickly
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure high-quality data availability
- Work with Duneโs Go-To-Market team and community to activate on top of blockchains
- Develop and validate data quality through SQL analysis to ensure Blockchains and protocols can trust and rely on Dune's data as their source of data truth
- Drive metrics and success criteria for Duneโs adoption with Blockchains and protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing blockchain data
- Experience with smart contract ABIs and understanding contract implementations
- Experience working directly with technical stakeholders and protocol teams
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and product requirements
- Experience using Dune's platform and understanding of its technical capabilities
- Strong project management skills to coordinate complex integrations across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong technical understanding of blockchain architectures and smart contracts
- Curious about emerging blockchain technologies (e.g., MOVE, SVM)
- Experience in developer relations or technical product management
- Track record of building developer-focused documentation or education materials
- Track record of improving technical user experience and adoption
- Experience working with enterprise customers
