About the Role
Hello 👋 We’re the Insights team. Text customers generate a ton of communication data. They spend hours working on it every week to improve their customer service and sales. Our role is to automate that work and deliver ready-made insights. This way customers can focus on making decisions instead of manipulating the data in spreadsheets.What Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing
- Designing interface that makes working with reports and text data simple and efficient.
- Coming up with ways to display data that reveal new Insights.
- Participating in discussions about the direction we should go next, based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Measuring the results of our releases and looking for design tweaks that can help us improve.
- Using existing components and proposing new ones to create a better visual representation of Insights in our apps.
- Shaping an uncharted area in Text.
Who You Will Be Working with
- We’re big believers in quick iterations and experiments based on customer feedback.
- We’re very excited to explore it together.
- We’re all based in Wrocław and we’re looking for someone from Wrocław as well since a lot of our best discussions happen in person.
