Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality design solutions from initial concept to final output, focusing on intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor team members as a Craft Leader, enhancing their skills in interface design.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine processes and ensure design excellence.
- Facilitate communication across product divisions on design initiatives.
- Use strategic insight to influence project outcomes and contribute to company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- At least 7 years of product design experience with a focus on user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience mentoring and coaching designers.
- Experience leading design projects and teams.
