- Resizing creatives for various Google formats while ensuring design integrity and effectiveness;
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with campaign objectives;
- Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, marketing strategies, and platform-specific best practices to keep your work fresh and impactful;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects;
- A solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how design influences advertising results;
- Skills in using AI tools to enhance creativity or optimize workflow;
- Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing;
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that translates into innovative marketing assets;
- Strong time management and self-organization skills to efficiently handle multiple deadlines;
