Responsibilities
- At the heart of user-centred innovation, sharing user experience insights to help validate ideas and features.
- Build frameworks to understand users' worlds and enhance the research value within the company.
- Impact product roadmaps, feature direction, and design work with user research insights.
- Support the team beyond research as needed in a growing, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant user research experience in digital product development.
- Experience with usability tests, concept tests, and unmoderated studies.
- Comfort with evaluative research and ability to run studies independently.
- Experience in foundational research, including in-depth interviews and focus groups.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
