In this role, you will
- Lead the design strategy for innovative and user-centric products.
- Oversee a team of product designers and guide design principles.

You will need
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing successful digital products in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and design strategy expertise.
- Experience with leading design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Background in AI-powered or data-driven products preferred.
